He was later procured by The Oberon Group, a leading, luxury, business and leisure hotel group, and spent numerous years heading a team of seven chefs at one of their five star hotels. With some 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Bill Drakopoulos has combined his expert knowledge of restaurant operations with his passion for customer service to undertake his business ventures.
