Erik Schmidt is an enterprise software veteran with more than 17 years of leadership experience in HM (human capital management) solutions in Asia and Europe, maximum recently as Vice President General Manager at Lumesse, a leading human capital technology. He has the expertise in sales management, executing mission critical projects, business consulting, general administration and business leadership. He has a track record of being a business savvy professional with strong ability in developing business strategies and executing them in authentic time sales environments. She has spent her career in the human capital management space spanning roles from a Human Resources' practitioner to selling and leading world class customer victory and professional services teams, driving customer success outcomes, and optimizing the customer experience. Prior to HireRight, she led a strategic services and consulting team at Saab Software and held leadership, sales and consulting positions in HR Technology. She holds a Bachelor of Business istration degree from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. Suzanne was the executive architect of a global integration and consulting practice where she led some of Nielsen’s largest global client relationships, working across all continents and a long spectrum of marketing, consumer and retail strategy challenges. She was one of the pioneers in developing a global approach and service model for global and multinational clients that is now the standard for multiple information services industries. Dave is responsible for the growth and profitability of the whole Residential Screening business from a strategic, operational, financial, sales and product perspective.
