This project is for the refurbishment of the tower usual floor amenities and the addition of new change and shower rooms. Fresh works also include the integration of a lift destination control system. Designed to fit within segment of the existing basement Grosvenor Place car park floor, these Executive EndOfTrip Facilities includes shower and locker areas, accessible shower and toilet areas, secure bicycle parking, a drying room and other associated amenities. The project proposal restores the creative clarity of the design completed in 1978 and introduces new program designed to stand apart but employ an architectural language consistent with Harry Se idler’s later works. The owners of Riverside center in Brisbane have continued refurbishment of commercial floors, amenities, lobbies and lift cars. Construction has commenced for a new retail precinct, public plaza and executive facilities at Grosvenor Place in Sydney. Five fresh food and beverage tenancies are set to activate a fresh North Plaza precinct. The architecture of 13 Rooms was conceived to yield spaces for thirteen performances art works by thirteen international artists. Situated in a rural hilltop town in the March region of northern Italy, this extensive renovation comprises the amalgamation of three previously segregate houses into a single, three bedroom holiday house. Australia Square is the unified representation of Se idler’s philosophy of the synthesis of aesthetic, planning, technology and construction issues into a Gordian Knot’ solution resulting in the whole architectural and urban solution for a tower in the slow 20th century which is extravagant and timeless in its appeal. This project is quite unusual in that the office of the creative architect has not only upgraded the space, but also transformed and improved upon it by releasing the existing assets held within it: mural, sculptures, public space and gardens. The capital center speaks of a truly Sydney building, one that embraces the possibility of a permeable building situated within a dense landscape. The upgrade and refurbishment is sympathetic to the creative intent of the building and improves the public and commercial performance of the space. The negotiation the land and the design and construction of the park were done by Penelope Se idler and the office of Harry Se idler and Associate, constituting a meaningful act of public philanthropy rarely seen in this country. This park, adjoining the office of Harry Se idler Associates in Glen Street, Milsons Point, was gifted by Penelope Se idler to the people of Sydney in memory of Harry Se idler and celebrates his life, his contribution to architecture and the enrichment of our environment. It also bears his favored inscription from the Vienna Secession Building: An indoor outdoor ca nestles into the sparkling lobby and fresh fresh rain forest planting to the forecourt.
