New dance school in the heart of st leonards! for adults and kids! dance is a wonderful fairytale, believed by children and adults. Our studio is a circle of soul mates where the love and passion for dance is shared between teachers, students and their families. Regardless of your level of proficiency, you will be encouraged to regularly perform on stage as part of our exiting dance concerts. Additionally, we offer classes in dance acrobatics and theatrical skills. We will guide you in building your confidence from beginner through to professional level. In the warm and friendly atmosphere of our studio, lyrical, jazz, including hip-hop, you will gain skills in a variety of contemporary dance styles, rock�??�?��?�?�?��?�?�?�n�??�?��?�?�?��?�?�?�roll and ballet. Become part of these exiting shows and learn to emotionally feel and love this art. Whole life is a swift movement our whole life is a swift movement to the energetic sounds of the surrounding world. Combined, these three elements form colourful spectacles. The goal of our studio is to teach you to express your inner world through dance, music and movement. Moreover, the studio will provide plenty of opportunity for professional growth, talent development and gaining of professional base in the art of dance.

As we are revising our timetable for the fresh term, July is a GREAT time to join our team. Our model is based around creating performance programmed. What this means for our students is that they are always involved in new exciting projects and they get a immense exposure to various styles of dance, including modern, hip hop, jazz, contemporary, ballet, and acrobatics. All students have an opportunity to regularly perform on stage in fore of family and friends. The vision for our dance studio is to grow our community and to become a home for the like minded dance professionals and engaged students, where their creativity is continuously inspired. Elena was born in Latvia and completed a degree in Music Theory and Composition. She has over 20 years experience in teaching, critiquing and composing music. Later, Kristine has pursued a career in another field, while Lana has continued her passion for dance. She has received numerous of awards in dance and acrobatics. Together with her younger daughter, Elena has been involved in several dance studios overseas and has been exposed to the various styles of dance. She has a mighty passion for creating performances using carefully selected music, characters and dance. In 2009, Elena and her family migrated to Sydney, where Lana has danced at considerable studios. She was looking not honest for a place she could reach for dance classes, but a deposit where she could face like minded people, sharing their passions and working on something together. This is when we all decided to build something new, which hopefully can be diverse and unique in Australia, and so we started L.I.K.E. Since we have opened the doors of the studio in January 2011, we have created a number of diverse concert programmed, including The Snow Queen, Once upon a time in America and Alice in Wonderland. We have been very fortunate in being capable to seduce excellent teachers in our business, who are professional and very talented and they share the equivalent vision. We have also managed to become quite known in the Under North Shore area and acquire a hard bottom of loyal and enthusiastic customers. Additionally, Lana has won a Choreographer of the Year award at the alike competition. We look forward to sharing our passion and experience with our students, partners and the community.
