In Australia, osteopaths are university trained in anatomy, physiology and pathology as well as general orthopaedic and osteopathic diagnosis. Here at North Sydney Osteopathy we use techniques including stretching and massage for general treatment of the soft tissues as well as articulation of specific joints and soft tissues. Using expert assessment, diagnosis and a wide range of hands-on techniques, central causes of pain and dysfunction are identified. We recognise how the skeleton, circulation, nerves, muscles, joints, connective tissue and internal organs function together to form a single working unit. Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy which recognises the important link between the structure of the body and the way it functions. He has over six years experience at treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and is passionate about improving the general well being and comfort of his patients. The principal osteopath at North Sydney Osteopathy, Jonathan King, graduated with a Masters in Osteopathy from Unitec New Zealand in 2006. Appointments can easily be made online or over the phone. We are an osteopathic clinic located in the heart of North Sydney's CBD. We are open 7am to 6pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. (more).
